Our thrilling bungee fitness, rejuvenating deep stretching sessions, and innovative Styku body scans are all geared toward help you succeed in your fitness journey.

Backpoint Bungee Fitness

If you have been staying away from HIIT workouts due to a physical ailment or simply a lack of confidence, try bungee fitness! Our apparatus can support 50% to 70% of your body weight, allowing you to engage in dynamic movements and routines. Our program targets cardiovascular development, strength training, and mind-body connection.

Frontpoint Bungee Fitness

This class is focused on core, mobility, and strength building for upper and lower body. Participants will work on properly engaging pelvic floor, core, obliques, chest and lower body. There is limited flying in this strength-building class. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before class time. Wear athletic shoes and form-fitting clothing. 

Aerial Silks

Aerial Yoga Restore
A deeply relaxing class focused on gentle movement, supported stretching, and mindful breathing. Using the aerial hammock to fully support the body, this class helps release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore balance—perfect for unwinding and recovery.

Aerial Power Yoga
A strong, energizing class that builds strength, stamina, and confidence. Expect dynamic sequences, core work, and challenging poses using the hammock for both support and intensity. Ideal for those looking to sweat, build muscle, and explore their edge.

Aerial Yoga Flow
A smooth, continuous class that blends strength and flexibility with graceful transitions. Moving fluidly between poses on and off the hammock, this class emphasizes coordination, breath, and balance—great for those who enjoy creative movement and mindful flow.

Ground & Strength Training

Pound®
A high-energy, full-body workout inspired by drumming. Using light Ripstix®, this class combines cardio, strength training, and rhythmic movement to upbeat music—fun, empowering, and a great stress release.

TRX Pilates Circuit Training
A dynamic fusion of Pilates principles and TRX suspension training. This circuit-style class focuses on core strength, stability, flexibility, and total-body conditioning, with exercises that can be easily modified for all fitness levels.

Deep Stretching

We believe that a body in motion stays in motion. Our deep stretching classes aim to improve flexibility and functional mobility to rejuvenate your body while calming your mind.
